As a late stage cancer survivor Teena knows the depth of depression and the fear of the unknown. Teena likes to state when on the stage speaking to Cancer Survivor Conferences.
“I had to learn to overcome Survivor Guilt and come to terms with LIVING and I do so by sharing that I am here to love as many people as possible and irritate the rest-and apparently I am quite successful at both!”
She has been educated in many schools of higher learning, from Berkeley and Stanford to Sonoma State for her California Teaching Credential and JFK University as a Master’s Candidate in psychology and Life Coaching. Along the path in her life journey she has come upon challenges that have taught her many lessons. Lessons she has imparted to those who wish to engage and grow with her.
Teena is one of the American Cancer Society’s 2016 California Heroes of Hope. (17 were selected for the state of California).

It has been my experience that when newly diagnosed with Cancer, many are terrified for their lives. I felt that way. I searched for Tools to keep me on this planet and the Universe responded to me with Laughter! My intuition told me to use this complimentary practice as a Tool to ease my anxiety and provide a useful means to relieve my tension and stress. I discovered the Healing Power of Laughter.
